Summary: Nifty portable speaker
Comment: Good value. Very compact. Sound good but distorts if you ramp it up too high. The audio lead is very short but it stows away in groove underneath. Last for ages before charging (10 hours+).I find it hard to find the volume control and power switch as they are small, under the curve of the casing and black on black (especially in low light). A very good buy though. My wife suggested we buy several and hand them out as birthday presents. Archie

Comment: I don't know if its the fault of the speaker or my little Philips go gear MP3 player, but the volume is not as good as I would have liked. The user manual is a waste of space. I have to get a readable copy from the X-mini website. I should think the font size is either 1 or 2.

Comment: Great speaker, very happy with my purchase. Bought it to enhance the terrible speakers in my netbook. Battery life is excellent, sound quality great (for the size). Probably not for extended music listening, but definitely a great choice for talk and video.

Summary: How can such big sound come from a small object?
Comment: I love this little speaker and it's such a bargain here on Amazon. I paid twice the price in one of the high street electronics shops! The sales assistant switched it on to demonstrate and I was instantly sold. I couldn't believe how loud it was, with great bass. The speaker really is so small and portable with its little carry pouch. The battery life is also fantastic. I've used it for at least 10 hours and haven't had to charge it yet. Awesome!
