Summary: Does what it says on the tin
Comment: Worked straight out the box. Simply plugged into the mains, syncronised with my Logitech remote and we were away.

Programmed the functions into the controller from the PC and I can now watch iPlayer, DVD and BlueRay without using the game controller.

The only problem is the lack of joystick function on the Logitech remote for controlling iPlayer but that's probably a bit much to ask!

a stand alone device which receives the infra red signal from the harmony one and talks to ps3 via bluetooth. An end to wasting battery power on your game pad wile watching films

If you are a proud owner of the logitech harmony one remote control, and utilise the media centre capabilities on your PS3 this is a no brainer.... Buy it.

Comment: It's always annoyed me that the PS3 uses a bluetooth remote but this solves the problem, minimal setup required all you have to do is add the PS3 to the device list and create an activity, the adapter itself is one button setup and doesn't seem to cause any delay.

If your thinking of buying this do it, although it seems expensive it's worth every penny.

Comment: It really is a shame that this is required to 'retrograde' the PS3, but if you really want to have once remote control to drive all your IR bits of kit including the PS3, then this is necessary.

Hardly any effort to get it working out of the box with a PS3 and Harmony 555.

4 stars because it uses up a mains socket and it is pretty expensive - where's the competition?
Also, although small, I do think it's bigger than it could be.
