Summary: Poor sound quality
Comment: I purchased this item based on the hundreds of good reviews that it had, saying how good the build/sound/looks were. I am sad to say that despite the good reviews and rating, this docking station felt both very cheap and sounded very poor, and the overall performance was just not very good. Although small and portable enough to take with you on holiday which is a plus, the sound quality of the speakers which were supposed to be 'outstanding' was very poor, and anything on the mid to high volume range got very distorted and fuzzy. There was also no bass whatsoever to the speakers, and whenever I played anything such as dance or house music which I mostly listen to, the speakers just couldn't cope and it sounded awful. I guess you get what you pay for, and if you're looking for something with good sound quality and good bass, this speaker really doesn't do it. After about a week of using and testing them I boxed them back up and sent them back, and invested a bit more money on some sony speakers which I knew would be reliable and would perform very well. My advice to anyone thinking of buying these is to keep on looking, maybe at the higher price range, as this speaker I am sure would dissapoint you.

Comment: Extremely pleased with performance of this unit but have just one problem:- Battery compartment is not wide enough to fit 4 Duracel AA Batteries without using undue pressure.
