Comment: Good little cable, so useful I carry it in my wallet just in case I need to charge on the go.

Only criticisms are that it doesn't do data, and the cable and plastic retractor are quite flimsy, but for a few quid, you can't fault it for that.

Comment: Does exactly what it says on the tin and charges HTC Desire. It actually seems to charge the phone quicker than the cable HTC supply at least from a PC, I haven't used it much from the mains.

Contra to the previous review mine doesn't seem to work as a data cable when plugged into a PC it just charges, but lets put it this way I like it enough to buy another as a travel charge.

Summary: Ideal data and charge cable
Comment: This is a great little cable that automatically folds away when not in use. It works as a phone charger (when connected to a PC or other powered USB source) and also as a data cable (for transferring data between PC and phone). Be warned that some cables do not support data transfer. When folded away, this is a tiny little package that can easily be carried around. Had it two weeks now it is has always worked perfectly. Highly recommended. Would give it 5 stars but can any cable deserve that rating? ;-)
