Comment: bought the DVD version to install on a Zumo550 for a US tour. not certain, but I think if you buy the SD card version you may not be able to install it easily on computers (I think the SD card version only works on a GPS.. but check with Garmin first)

delivered quickly, does what it says on the tin. i was only interested in the Western America, you cab download individual states in the US and/or provinces in Canada. Easily downloaded onto a 2GB SD card.

Garmin have recently changed the installation procedure, it wasn't immediately apparent what needed to be done or not done. there install process kept demanding I put in an unlock code, but their web system consantly refused to supply or generare one.

you can install the same maps + mapsource on multiple computers but only one GPS device. which is handy as I did much of the route planning at home on a desktop, and am carting around a cheap secondhand laptop with the US maps.
