Summary: WHEN it works, not too bad.
Comment: Most of the time does not work. I am on my second one after returning my first. Major issues. will not start, or switch to record, or switch off, PC does not recognise it, media player sometimes plays "it" other times does not. I would not recommend anyone buy this Pen.

Summary: useful security device
Comment: This business security device is fit for purpose, but with some problems. It can hide in plain sight in a desk tidy among other pens, and keep an eye on the safe for an hour. Faces sufficiently defined to be recognizable. Fixed point camera, less clear if camera moves about. It is supposed to take it's date from a notepad file, but I could not get it to do so, and it defaulted to 1980 and later to 2077. The instructions tell you to fully charge and discharge 5 times to ensure battery life, but it is all to easy during familiarization period to send it around short cycles of charge and discharge, so perhaps that is why I could only get about 1 hour duration. Sometimes it shuts down without saving a readable file. But it enabled me to confront my thief, recover £500, and stop further loss. A cost effective solution.
